This will be thrown out by the supreme court just like it has with every other court.
It all began because a bunch of angry, anti-Obama/anti-Democratic voters are trying to corrupt their way into the white house again. If it can be proven before Obama gets in office that he is NOT a natural born citizen then he should not be given the job. BUT....that won't happen. The Liberal Fraud Machine will swing into action and make absolutely sure that there is no way to prove where he was born. (They pretty much have done that already)
The one thing I honestly believe is that the liberals will do anything to stay in power and that means lying, cheating, and I'm thinking of even worse things. Don't dare be the person with the proof of Obama's birth.No. On December 5th, the Court will decide whether or not to hear the appeals in the Berg and Donofrio cases. Neither of which would require anything from Obama. If the Court for some strange reason decides to hear either of these cases, it will then be a while before they are argued and decided. Even if they are decided in favor of the petitioners, all that would happen would be the cases would get sent back down to the lower courts, where, once again, motions to dismiss would be made and probably granted.
However, the chances of the Court granting cert are slim to none, so the point is moot.if he wasnt born in on US soil he cant be president

They are not going before the Court. The Court is reviewing the case to see IF they will hear it. If they hear it, the issue is whether or not the plaintiffs case should be heard by the lower court. The Court will not decide the issue of citizenship.You are mistaken, please check another source and revise your question.

Also, this is not 'going to the supreme court' it has been sent to the Supreme Court. They will throw it out very promptly because it is bogus.If it can be shown that he is not a U.S. citizen, and constitutionally ineligible to be President, it would probably void all votes cast for Obama, which would give McCain all of the electoral votes, allowing McCain/Palin into the White House.

What will happen if they decide to grant his petition, and then examine his case again, and decide that the NJ court was wrong, would be pretty wild, that's for sure. But it won't happen. The Court is meeting in conference to decide whether to accept or deny requests for certiorari. Denial of certiorari means that the court has decided not to hear the case. The Court denies the overwhelming majority of such requests.
No one is holding a hearing on this issue. The cases will be part of a huge stack of cases that will be brought into conference the same day. And they will be denied certiorari.
Undoubtedly once that happens, World Net Daily will try to spin the loss into a victory, the same way they tried to spin the losses in lower courts.It seems that the posted web site does not have any established news organizations endorsing it. Therefore, I would think that it is just more malicious and incinderary gossip and slander.
Now, when CNN and ABC and NBC report it...or any other reputable news organization I sit up and take notice. Then Biden becomes the president elect. But this case too will get tossed out.
