What could i put in this habitait?

I got this habitat from my parents for my college dorm room. I plan on doing a lot of research on my new pet, but i dont know where to start. I would like something that doesnt eat bugs please
    thanks

  • Well while it might be hard avoiding getting out of feeding insects there are some like worms that won't be much of a bother. Anyway i would go with maybe something like a chamileion they're very fun to watch but a bit high mantnice, not really for begginers, there are frogs, tree frogs white bellied frogs and such and even some snakes might fair well in such a tank (though i'm not sure of its dementions to be positive) small snakes not ones that get up to three feet like my ball python but gardner or ribbon snakes are cool and ribbon snakes eat fish not insects. Good luck.

  • maybe a small bird of some sort...a finch? or..crested geckos eat baby food.

  • A good hardy tree frog would be a green tree frog. Easy to keep, but still eats crickets. you could make a very coold vivarium with live plants and vines/branches. Good luck,

  • The most simple choice would be a Crested Gecko, while they still like crickets and require insect dietary supplements, they are one of the better options. The majority of animals that would thrive in that terarium are resptile and the majority of those are insectivorous or carnivorous. Other than the iguana, which can grow to be 6 foot, the crested gecko is the next best option.
The crested gecko is not completely vegetarian though and there is processed food designed for them but they will require a omnifarious diet.
Crested geckos are wonder and i have a pair myself.
Here is a place you can start your research

  • im sorry but there is nothing u can get that does not eat insects at the top of my mind. I would suggest a tree frog like a red eye(they are so beutiful). get a net or somthin to scoop the crics up in and feed him 3 times a week.

  • i would say a snake. It doesnt eat bugs depending on what kind of snake you get. Though they do eat mice i would say if u do get a snake and its ur first one then i would suggest gtinf a corn snake. That was my first snake. It is a good snake for a beginner.

  • go for a day gecko, mine eats crickets but you can feed them other things like mine loves mangoes, bananas, honey, and avocados. but if your not going to feed it crickets then you would have to feed it mealworms which come in a jar and you place them in a dish.
