Much lower latency and it's triple-channel as opposed to AMD's dual channel.Various features. Each core is hyperthreaded and can also go into zero-power mode if not needed. The Northbridge has been removed, and is replaced with something on the die. The cores can ramp their own speed up if they have enough power and are cool enough, and it can only use DDR3 memory.
