I have been so tired lately. I could sleep all day if allowed. My eyes burn and I sneeze and have runny/stuff nose. I don't know if I am getting sick or if it is allergies. I have always had sinus problems since a teenager, but this tiredness thing is new to me. Is it a sign of allergies? The weather has also change to being very cold here. So, I was just wondering if the tiredness is normal. Thanks.I've never gotten tired because of my allergies, but if you are sick then that would make sense. I had mono for about a month before I found out, the only symptom was that I was exhausted and slept all the time. I felt very tired because i was eating this that didn't agree with me and the fatique and brain fog was awful. Allergies can definately do that. Try and see if you feel particularly tired after eating something. Good luck drink lots of water - no processed sugarI've had allergies most of my life. I've never experienced fatigue or tiredness as a result of them. Medications taken for allergies antihistamines can bring about fatigue and feeling tired.

Or, you may have picked up a virus. If the tiredness continues and you cannot come up with an explanation, make an appointment with your doctor. He may want to run blood tests to rule out (anemia) which is one of the most common causes of fatigue.Yes, fatigue can be normal with it. It could be that you are starting with a sinus infection as well and your body is working to fight it. #If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
