I am selling my car in Dubai, would its insurance policy be included in the price?

I want to sell my car in Dubai, should i add the price of the car insurance policy to the price of the car? or is it known that the car insurance is not included in price? people have to get there own insurance you can not sell it with the car

don't know. but i'd like to live on one of the palm islands for a year or two!
