Creepy calls from 304-937-0419, anyone?

So this number keeps calling my cell phone. I've always missed the call, and when I try to call the number right back, it says the number has been disconnected...I tried to call my cell phone company to have the number blocked, but I have to pay $4.99 a month to do that. Anyone have any ideas about what this number is, or how to stop it? Any help or information would be greatly appreciated! You're not the only one (see below). Ignore the number and don't call back.

You could consider changing numbers or cell phone providers (to one that would block the number without an extra fee). rule of thumb Never Never Never Answer a call you don't know there are some area code that will charge you to answer the call All you have to do is call your provider tell them you want this number blocker for obscene reasons and they will put a block on it if they want then I'd look into changing provider.
