Is there a school in the snow where you can ski and go to school in the same program?

I want to go to a school in the snow where you ski for part of the day and go to school for the rest. Does anyone know of anywhere they have this outside of Australia??preferably an english speaking country I don't know if they have skiing incorporated into their curriculum or not, but these schools (in the U.S.) are within a short drive of great skiing, so you could split your day up depending on your course load

1972 is the year that a novel idea became a unique school. Stratton Mountain School was founded by Warren Hellman and Donald Tarinelli so that their own children and a handful of others could train and compete in high level alpine skiing without interrupting their high school education. Top coaches and excellent teachers were recruited to join in the new program, with parents providing the housing. I would first like to clarify that I go to Summit High School and live in Frisco, CO and we do not get Fridays off to go skiing. We actually go to school like everyone else, we are not just ski bums.
There is a community college here in Colorado that has many locations and they are all in mountain areas. It is Colorado Mountain College and it is in places like Leadville, Steamboat, Breckenridge, and Aspen.

well i'm not sure exactly what you're looking for. you could describe more what you want. one place i can refer you to right now is in leysin, switzerland. they speak french but the school is an international boarding school and make english their primary focus. if you're staying in the winter they have ski days.

at crested butte they have a ski class as an elective it is durring either 6th or 7th block and they do lifting and tramp work then take it out onto the mountain its sick, i think park city hs has that too, and up in frisco colorado they have every friday off to ski
