In addition, customers have the option to directly query CarParts.com's sales specialists, who will answer specific, part-related questions via real-time interactive chat seven days a week, during specified times.
PeopleSupport.com's eReps are trained in CarParts.com's automotive-accessories site and will aid site visitors with customer-service- and sales-support related inquiries.
